BASIC SALARY – RM 3,800

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With related work experienced in DIE ATTACH / WIRE BONDING / DICING / SAWING / NPI FIELD.
• Diploma/degree in Engineering related in Sawing.
• Diploma/degree in Engineering related in Plating.
