REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical//Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in CNC machinery and automation.
• Knowledge of Fanuc/Mitsubishi CNC, PLC Programming and Electrical control will be an added advantage.
• Able to read Electrical and Mechanical Drawing.
• Self-discipline, self-motivated and team player.
• Must be willing to hands-on and work in precision turning environment.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible to trouble shoot and maintain production machineries and equipment to support company’s operational equipment.
• To work closely with production to diagnose problem and customize solutions to minimize machine downtime and maximize the productivity.
• Develop, plan and implement  TPM Programme.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out accordingly.
• Able to supervise and do fabrication and testing.
• To lead, guide and train subordinates to perform their duties effectively.
• Provide hands-on technical support for machine installation, setup, upgrade, trouble shooting, rpairing and preventive maintenance.
• Manage CNC machine maintenance and upkeep machine maintenance record.
• Upkeep of equipment and machinery maintenance record.
• Work based on sense of urgency with machine down condition.
• Report machine abnormality & problem to HOD and coordinate for vendor repairing accordingly.
