Basic Salary: RM 2,400 up to RM 3,700 (depends on work experience) + Overtime FREE Duty Meal or Food Allowance

• EDUCATION REQUIRED: Certificate in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or any related course
• WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position
• SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• – Exposure in multinational semiconductor companies
• – Experience in Die attach, wire bonding, AOI and encapsulation process
