REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years QA managerial experience, preferably in precision.
• Relevant experience implementing Quality and Environmental.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 5 core tools from Quality System.
• Able to communicate/present among peers, superiors, management.
• Preferably with problem solving/analysis and technical capacity background.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Establish, implement and maintenance of QMS &EMS as per ISO, IATF, VDA standard and its requirements.
• Promote Quality Awareness as per customer requirements such as Customer Quality Manual (QM), Scorecard, Quality Feedback.
• Coach the respective ISO Coordinators to document the departmental.
• Coach and monitor the documentation, control and record of each.
• Conduct process and product audit.
• Conduct internal quality and environmental audit.
• Lead the perspective departments to conduct continual improvement.
• Coordinate, implementation and validation of work instruction.
• Follow up and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.
