Attestation of Job Order in Philippine Embassy

Work Asia assists in the attestation of Job Order with The Philippine Labor Office (POLO). A checklist of requirements and standard Embassy forms will be provided by the the agency to the employer upon confirmation of order.

Assess manpower requirements of clients

Work Asia carefully assess clients manpower requirements to ensure that the minimum qualification set by the employers are met. The job descriptions and responsibilities expected of a workers are carefully specified in the job order.

Maintain pool of ready-to -be-deployed workers

To maintain pool of readily available workers, Work Asia continuously holds Special Recruitment Activities (SRA) and joins jobs fair in various municipalities.

Interview and pre-qualify workers

Foreign employers conduct interview thru telephone , skype or face to face interview.

Provide workers orientation and briefing

The culture, norms and traditions of the people in the country of deployment are some of the highlights in the orientation of workers.

Trade Test

Conduct of trade tests by the company representative

Pre-departure orientation

A mandatory pre-departure orientation is conducted by Work Asia. Employers may also conduct briefing during the selection process and prior to departure of workers.

Post monitoring of deployed workers

The deployment of the worker doesn’t stop with the worker setting foot in the destination country. In fact POEA rules and regulations require licensed agencies to monitor the situation of the workers.

Crosscheck and verify credentials

To ensure that we adhere to minimum age provisions of Philippine Labor Laws and Regulations and that the prospective candidate is qualified and suitable, Work Asia uses adequate and verifiable mechanisms.
