Position: Process Support Engineering Technician

Salary: 2,200 RM

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or
  any related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with
  hands-on experience operating and maintaining equipment
• Experienced in manufacturing or production operations with machinery operation and
  maintenance skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good attitude, able to work independently while at the same time a good team player
• Applicant must have a valid passport

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production processes to ensure optimal performance,
  identifying areas for improvement and helping implement changes as needed
• Provide technical support for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving equipment malfunctions or
  process inefficiencies in a timely manner
• Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth
  operations and minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, ensuring all machinery is operating within
  specifications
• Adhere to and enforce compliance with manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures
  (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Execute any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by management, as needed
