Position: Industrial Engineering Technician

Salary: 2,200 RM

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or any related
  field
• Minimum 2 years of experienced in manufacturing or production operations with machinery
  operation and maintenance skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good attitude, able to work independently while at the same time a good team player
• Minimum SPM or diploma or equivalent in a related field
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
  manage and motivate a team
• Ability to address challenges and develop practical solutions to improve production efficiency
• Applicant must have a valid passport

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and refining manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce
  waste.
• Conduct time and motion studies, data collection, and process evaluations to optimize
  production flow.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other
  continuous improvement methodologies.
• Assist in the design, testing, and modification of production equipment, tools, and
  workstations.
• Prepare technical reports, charts, and process documentation for review by engineers and
  management.
• Monitor and address production issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff to enhance productivity and
  product quality.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety, industry regulations, and company standards.
• Assist in inventory control, material handling, and equipment layout optimization.
• Aid in the development and training of operators on new or improved processes.
