TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) The term of this contract is for a period of eleven (11) months, with the option for renewal
upon mutual agreement by both parties.
2) The employee agrees to work forty-five (45) hours per week, distributed over six (6) days
per week. Overtime shall be compensated in accordance with the applicable
provisions of Congolese labor law.
3) The employer agrees to provide suitable accommodation for the employee for the
duration of this contract.
4) The employer shall provide transportation for the employee between the designated
accommodation and the workplace, covering both the journey to and from work.
5) The employer shall provide the employee with a food allowance, the amount of which
shall be determined by company policy.
