Position: Architectural Engineer / Architectural Draftsman

Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,500

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Filipino Architectural Engineer / Draftsman with proven experience in architectural drafting, detailed drawings, and 3D visualization for architectural and urban projects.

• The candidate must have strong experience in:
• Preparing architectural and execution drawings.
• Producing tender and construction drawings.
• Architectural detailing and coordination drawings.
• 3D modeling and rendering for architectural presentations.
• Working within engineering consultancy offices or construction companies.
• Coordinating with engineering disciplines and project teams.

Required Software Skills

• The candidate must have excellent practical experience in:
  AutoCAD
•  Revit Architecture
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• V-Ray
• Photoshop

Additional knowledge in 3ds Max or Escape will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates who
• Have previous experience in engineering consultancy offices.
• Have worked on actual executed projects.
• Have experience with construction drawings and site coordination.
• Understand architectural execution details and municipal requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Valid professional registration or Philippine professional memberships such as: PRC License, United Architects of the Philippines (UAP)

• Employment Package Basic Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
