Qualifications & Experience

• A recognised Vehicle Painter or Spray Painter Trade Certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Vehicle Painter.
• The ability to provide all required documents to meet Australian migration eligibility
  criteria.
• Experience with water-based paint systems and custom paintwork is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• As a Vehicle Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to restore them
  to their original condition. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying primers and undercoats.
• Mixing and matching paint colours to manufacturer specifications.
• Applying topcoats of paint using spray guns in a controlled spray booth environment.
• Buffing and polishing finished paintwork to achieve a high-gloss, flawless finish.
• Performing minor touch-ups and detailing to correct any imperfections.
• Maintaining painting equipment, including spray guns and spray booths.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, particularly when handling
  hazardous materials.
• Identifying and sourcing the necessary paints, tools, and materials for each job.
