Position: Automated Test Equipment

Salary: ₱32,500 – ₱44,500

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ATE or manufacturing test engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and electronic troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for production testing.
• Support NPI builds by setting up test platforms, fixtures, and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot test system failures and reduce test downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and drive corrective actions.
• Optimize test coverage, cycle time, and yield performance.
• Collaborate with Production, and Quality teams for product transfer to mass production.
• Support test data analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
