Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Employer Daily – Help with daily needs, tasks, and errands as instructed

• Supervise Maids/All workers – Assign tasks to maids, driver, nurse, security and helper.
• Manage Schedules – Prepare daily/weekly/monthly duty rosters and help organize events,meetings, or gatherings at home.
• Arrange Backup Helpers – Make sure there’s always a helper available when someone is on

leave or unavailable.

• Handle Guests & Events – Prepare the house, dining table and meals for guests, especially

during special occasions.

• Support Employer’s Routine – Assist with meals, appointments, and other personal or

household tasks.

• Travel Support (When Needed) – Help with travel preparations, packing, and assist the

employer (and family) during trips.

• Household Management – Organize full house cleaning when the employer is away
