Position: Manufacturing Final Test Equipment

Salary: ₱32,500 – ₱44,500

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing
  Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/test engineering
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiar with test equipment, diagnostic tools, and failure analysis techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing test processes and production lines.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigation on rejected or failed units.
• Drive yield improvement activities and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize test procedures, test plans, and work instructions.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and ensure smooth product ramp-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Analyze test data and generate reports for management review.
• Work closely with suppliers/vendors for test hardware or fixture improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
