Position: New Product Introduction

Salary: ₱32,500 – ₱44,500

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment (electronics/PCBA/data
  center preferred).
• Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Able to read technical drawings, BOM, and assembly instructions.
• Familiar with hand tools, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Willing to work shifts or extended hours during product ramp-up.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing test processes and production lines.
• Ensure MIC setting for new product is correct.
• Verify MO material used per BOM.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine manufacturing processes, to configurate
  SFCS in MIC.
• To ensure MP MO configuration is correct.
• Identify technical issues during builds and escalate to engineers for resolution.
• Ensure materials, tools, and fixtures are ready before production build.
• Ensure rework routing and configuration is correct.
