Duties and Responsibilities – Professional Nurse (Stay-In)
1. Provide full nursing care and attention to the patient at all times.
2. Monitor health condition and record daily vital signs.
3. Administer medication as prescribed and report any changes from the doctor.
4. Assist in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
5. Ensure the patient’s room and personal area are clean and comfortable.
6. Prepare or assist with meals according to the prescribed diet plan.
7. Accompany for medical check-ups or treatments when required.
8. Maintain proper hygiene, professional appearance, and respectful behavior.
9. Keep all personal and medical information strictly confidential.
10. Submit daily or weekly reports to the Employer on the patient’s condition.
