Job title: Production Manager

Salary: 4,000 – 5,000 RM (77,288 – 92,709)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Preferable with Possess more than 5 years working experience in logging operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety laws.
• Managerial experience.
• Able to travel to Gabon for 2 years contract.
• Motivate toward career growth and learning.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
• Create and maintain a production schedule.
• Find ways to reduce production costs.
• Implement strategies to maximize production.
• Analyse workplace productivity.
• Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.
• To work out costing for new product.
• To ensure the product meet the quality according to Order requirement.
• Determine if new manufacturing machine, method are needed.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement and other department as well as vendors.
• Hire, train and evaluate manufacturing workers, monitor worker to ensure they meet performance and safety requirement.
• Ensure at every month end to oil and grease all machine are done and recorded.
• To perform any others duties as when assigned by Management
