Location: Gabon, Central Africa

Salary: 2,500 – 5,000 RM

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in road construction, road maintenance, or forestry operations
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of road construction, grading, drainage, and maintenance
• Experience operating or supervising heavy machinery and roadwork equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise road construction and maintenance teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure work quality and safety.
• Plan and coordinate road construction and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections and assess roads for repairs or improvements.
• Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company, safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Respond to urgent road repair and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to forest operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
