Job Title: Sales and Marketing

Salary:  PHP 154,236 – 215,889 (10,000 – 14,000 RM)

Qualifications:

• Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklists, etc.
• Creative, able to generate new and innovative ideas
• Manage communication with internal teams as well as international counterparts
• Manage subordinates and leading team
• Experience managing both direct mail and digital, including email, social media and print
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy the company’s strategic international and local marketing plan to maximizing the company’s market share.
• Enter new markets and grow brand awareness.
• Research and develop products and pricing policies to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Remain abreast of changes in the marketing environment to adjust plans accordingly.
• Grow the business with existing customer base.
